Jim's Mayonnaise Sugar Cookies

1 C. mayonnaise (not salad dressing) 1 tsp vanilla 2 C. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp Soda 1 C. sugar

Mix mayonnaise and vanilla together. Sift flour, salt, soda, and sugar together. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls about an inch in diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, press with fork and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 32 cookies.
