The interview for the pharmaceutical sales representative position was coming to an end and the Human Resources Person asked the young business administration graduate, "And what starting salary are you looking for?" The young graduate replied, "That kinda depends on the benefit package, but in the neighborhood of $100,000 a year to start.' The interviewer said, "What would you say to a benefit package of five weeks vacation, fourteen paid holidays a year, full medical and dental coverage, a company matching retirement found of 50% of salary, a company leased sports car with a new car every two years, and an unlimited expense account?" The new graduate sat up straight and said, "Wow! That's fantastic. Are you kidding?!" The interviewer replied, "Yes, but you started it."
